How are your prints made?

Our fine art prints are created from a professional, high-quality digital capture taken of one of our original paintings. Through this process, we’ve curated what we feel best represents our original intentions for the artwork on archival, museum-grade 175gsm fine art paper using an acid-free archival inks. All prints are made here in the USA.

Our Canvas Gallery Wraps are printed on a natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% 400gsm cotton rag.

Do you offer any other print sizes that aren’t listed in the shop?

Do you work on commissions?

We welcome commissions for private collectors, interior designers, and for commercial installations. We require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the written design and color proposal. Balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or shipment. All commissioned sales are final.

Do the print images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?

Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. We have also done our best to accurately show what each size will look like. For the 8x10 and 11x14 sizes, you’ll notice that they will be cropped slightly compared to the larger sizes which have no cropping. All of the images in the shop are full bleeds.

Do you offer custom framing?

How long will it take to receive my print?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped. US orders are shipped and arrive within 5-7 business days. For international orders, expect your print to arrive anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Above transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Splendor Art Gallery is not responsible for any carrier delays.

Will I be charged a sales tax?

If you’re a CA resident, 9% tax will be added to your order.

How are the prints packaged?

Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard tube. We recommend flattening the print for 2-3 days by covering and adding weight (stack of books, etc) before framing.
Framed prints, Canvas Gallery Wraps, and Framed Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped in heavy-duty, protected cardboard boxes.

Do you accept returns?

For prints and any printed products (Fine Art Prints, Frame Fine Art Prints, Canvas Gallery Wraps, and Framed Canvas Gallery Wraps), returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package as soon as it arrives. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim.

For originals (Original Art, Jewelry Dishes, and Ring Holders), we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time OR may be returned for exchange at Splendor Art Studio within 3 days of purchase in the condition it was received. Shipping charges or returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Can you help with art selection for my space?

Of course! Email us at spendlorartstudio@gmail.com with a photo of the area where you are looking to place art and any other relevant info such as measurements, colors, home style, etc. and let’s get the conversation going.

Is your artwork available for licensing and commercial projects?

Yes, please email us and we'll be happy to connect with you and discuss details.

How can I be notified of new artwork and special pricing?

I've never owned a fine art print or canvas print before – how do you clean it?

If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, soft white cloth. Do not use a damp cloth or any cleaning solutions.

How long will my fine art print or canvas print last?

Both will live for generations if they are maintained properly.

Is your original artwork sealed and how do I care for it?

All artwork is sealed with a UV protectant and a sealer. That being said, the sun is hard on artwork regardless. Please hang Splendor Art Studio artwork in an area that is not subject to direct sun.

Do you sell Wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please contact info@splendorartstudio.com to request wholesale pricing details.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

We absolutely do! If you’d like to place an international order, email us at splendorartstudio@gmail.com. Let us know what pieces you are interested in and where you would like them shipped. We’ll get back to you with all the details.

What does gallery wrapped mean?

Gallery wrapping is a method of stretching canvas so that it wraps around the sides of stretcher bars and is secured to the back of the wooden frame. Artwork that is gallery wrapped can hang without a frame.

Can I come visit your studio?

Yes, if you are interested in viewing works in progress or would like to discuss a commission. Just reach out to schedule a time. Studio visits are by appointment only, Monday-Friday. Note that the studio does not stock prints for sale. All print orders are processed through the website.
