Refund policy

Prints and Printed products (Fine Art Prints, Frame Fine Art Prints, Canvas Gallery Wraps, and Framed Canvas Gallery Wraps): Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package as soon as it arrives. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim.

For originals (Original Art, Jewelry Dishes, and Ring Holders): We are not able to accept returns, refunds or exchanges at this time OR may be returned for exchange at Splendor Art Studio within 3 days of purchase in the condition it was received. Shipping charges or returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
